Delete account

This is permanent

Account deletion is a hard delete, not a hidden “inactive” flag. Apple requires an in-app deletion path (guideline 5.1.1(v)). Google Play requires this public web URL in Data safety.

Export first

In the App: Profile → Export my data. JSON is a complete archive; CSV is a spreadsheet of sessions, games, frames, stats, and friends. Scoreboard photos live on your device camera roll, not on our servers, so export does not include those images.

In the App

Profile → Delete account. You will see what is removed, be offered an export, then confirm (type DELETE).

We delete your profile, owned sessions and games, friends list on this account, and linked Apple / Google sign-in.

If you were on someone else’s live session, that line may remain as an unclaimed display name. Other people’s scores are not deleted.

Without the App (email)

Email privacy@mybowl.app from the address on the account with subject “Delete my My Bowl account.” Include your username if you have one. We will verify and process deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting My Bowl does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Cancel Pro in App Store or Google Play subscription settings, then delete the account if you also want our copy of your data removed.
