Subscriptions (My Bowl Pro)

Pro is optional. Logging scores is free.

Prices shown in the store and on the paywall (currently $3.99/month or $29.99/year USD, or local equivalent) are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → My Bowl, or Profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in the App.

Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → My Bowl.

Deleting the App or your My Bowl account does not cancel Pro. Restore Purchases is on the paywall and the in-app Subscription screen.

Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Sign in

You can use Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. We never receive your Apple or Google password. Hide My Email from Apple is supported when Apple provides it.

If you are locked out, email support from the address on the account.

Permissions

Location (When In Use): nearby alley suggestions. Camera and photos: scoreboard capture or library import. Contacts: on-device friend find / invite (hashes only). Notifications: optional alerts.

Deny any permission in iOS Settings or Android app settings; related features will be limited.

Photo scoreboard entry

Photo entry is smart assist, not a guarantee. Totals stay editable. Use a still of a bowling house monitor; do not photograph people without a basis to do so.

Safety and reporting

Report harassment, fake scores applied to someone else, or other abuse to support@mybowl.app with usernames, codes, and a short description.

Delete account and export

Export: Profile → Export my data (JSON or CSV).

Delete: Profile → Delete account, or https://mybowl.app/delete-account (required web path for Google Play Data safety).
